Enterprise Implementation

More often than not Enterprises adopting a CRM require Business Process Review, Product Customization and Integration to other enterprise applications.
  The various steps involved in this approach are:
 

Business Process Review Workshop

Clear understanding of the requirement is mandatory for implementation of an effective solution. Salesforce.com certified professionals will conduct a detailed requirement workshop sessions (spanning 2-3 days) which will helps to clearly identify Customer requirements.

Following are the objectives of the ‘Requirements Workshop and BPR’
  1. Identify, define and prioritize the goals
  2. Review your current business process and map to Salesforce.com best practices
  3. Understand company profile, users and role hierarchy
  4. Define the Business objects and Data model
  5. Define the Reports and Dashboards
  6. Identify the integration requirements (to an external system if any)

Document & Propose Solution

After identifying all the requirements, our salesforce.com certified business and technical experts will analyze and suggest the best solution. Each requirement and its related solution are formally documented in a ‘Solution Document’. This solution document is provided to the client for their review and acceptance. Typically, the solution document is available in within a week’s time after the first business process review discussion.

The objectives of this solution document are the following
  1. Client can make sure that all the requirements are identified / documented
  2. Client can provide any feedback on the suggested solutions
  3. This document serves as a check point once the implementation is over

Setup & Customize Salesforce.com

Compro’s salesforce.com experts will setup and customize the Salesforce.com CRM platform based on the proposed solution and agreement with the Client. The different activities that will be performed are

  2. Configuration of Objects, Fields with field level security setup

Integration

Client can leverage the expertise of Compro in .NET / J2EE platforms so as to develop applications/Utilities which will seamlessly integrate salesforce.com with client’s back end system (if any, provided the other system is open to integration). As the need be, data from salesforce.com can be pushed to back end system or data can be pulled from back end system to salesforce.com.
As required for the solution, integration interfaces will be developed by salesforce.com certified development teams.

Review Sessions

There will be multiple review sessions with the client. This will ensure that the implementation is going in the right direction and as desired by the client. We consider the feedbacks/concerns which come up in these review sessions as very valuable as it would ensure better user adoption.

Data Migration

Most companies already have their Customers and relevant Contact information stored somewhere (usually in Microsoft Outlook, spreadsheets etc). Getting that information out of Outlook/spreadsheet into your organization's knowledge base is one of the most important steps in the implementation process. The various steps in data migration involves
  1. Identifying your data and its sources
  2. Listing the data elements that are available
  3. Mapping your current fields to the Salesforce CRM fields

Training

Training is a key component to making the implementation a success. End users need to be trained on how to use the system effectively and help the organization derive maximum benefit of the Salesforce.com application. Also, administrator training is provided so that minor modifications or extensions can be implemented in house. We provide the following types of training services:
  1. End User Training – This training is given to the end users of the on demand system which helps them to easily adapt and use the new system
  2. Admin Training – An administrator is identified and training regarding configuration changes are imparted so that a customer can himself do minor customizations without the help of an implementation partner

Go Live

This is the final step of enterprise implementation and allows the user to start using the production environment with live data.
